Enquire. Confirm. Pay.

Choose an available piece in the collection and select “Enquire about this piece”. Your own email app opens with the piece’s name and reference. Review the message and press Send yourself.

1. Send your enquiry to prettydeaddecor@gmail.com. Opening the email app or sending an enquiry does not reserve a piece, place an order or take payment.
2. Simone checks availability, confirms the total including delivery, and agrees the purchase or payment-plan details with you. Your piece is only reserved when Simone confirms it.
3. After reserving the piece, Simone creates and sends your payment link from the Yoco App. Enter payment details on Yoco’s payment page.
4. Simone checks Yoco’s sales records to confirm payment. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after full payment, including the final instalment of an agreed payment plan.

If your email app doesn’t open, email prettydeaddecor@gmail.com yourself with the piece’s name. An enquiry remains subject to availability.
